My Approach as an MS LMFT in Texas
As an MS LMFT in Texas, I believe that healing is a personalized journey that requires time and patience. I begin with a collaborative assessment process and treatment planning that aids in a solution-oriented
approach to meet your unique therapy goals within a comfortable environment in the office
and via telehealth, which promotes healing and helps you become the best version of your true, authentic self.
Career & Experience
In addition to my work as an MS LMFT in Texas, I have gained extensive experience beyond individual therapy. For instance, I have been deeply involved in community outreach, case management, and mental health education through speaking engagements on important topics such as emotional well-being and addiction recovery. Furthermore, I have partnered with local school districts and collaborated closely with the Harris County Police Department to provide essential psychological services. This collaboration includes offering therapy for individuals who are court-mandated to receive treatment. Additionally, these partnerships have allowed me to expand my impact and support within the community. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Houston in 2005. I earned my master’s in science in marriage and family therapy in 2012 from Our Lady of the Lake University.
